1. Acceptance
By using Sarhny, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. Sarhny does not provide services to minors; any account discovered to belong to a minor is closed.
3. Content responsibility
You are fully responsible for every piece of content you post or send — text, voice, image, or link.
4. Prohibited content
Strictly forbidden: sexual content, harassment, threats, discrimination, incitement, content depicting minors, or anything illegal where the user resides or in Saudi Arabia.
5. Removal rights
We reserve the right to hide or remove violating content and close violating accounts at our discretion, without prior notice.
6. Reporting
Any content is reportable via the report button. We review reports within 48 business hours.
7. Privacy
See our separate Privacy Policy. Summary: anonymous senders are never revealed to recipients, but we retain pseudonymous technical signals (IP hash, etc.) for safety and legal-process response.
8. IP rights
You retain ownership. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display the content on the platform.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
