Question:حاول اقناع نفسي دوماً أن ما أشعر به ليس حقيقياً ، وأنه مؤقت وسيذهب أياً كان ما أشعر به ، ولكن ما لاحظتُه أنها تتضاعف مع الأيام وأنها أصبحت مصدر ألم لي ، لم أدرك أنني كنت أقع تدريجياً ، أصبحت أعمى وأكسر نفسي بإرادتي ولا أهتم بما سيحصل لي مستقبلاً ، ولا أعي حتى ما أكتبُه الأن .

عوِضًا عن كبت هذا الشعور و مُحاولة صدّه و تمويه حقيقته إعطِه حقه، كبت هذه المشاعر في نظري أسوء طريقة للتعامل معها و لن تخلّصك من الشعور لعلّها ستُزيد من وطأته ، تقبّلي أنه واقعي ، ابحثي عن أسبابه و تعرّفي عليه ، تنّفسي عنه ، عقب ذلك نقّبي عن حلول و اتمنى ان ينجلي في اسرع وقت ممكن استودعتك الله 💜
