Every answer you post to an anonymous question says something about you: what makes you laugh, what you dodge, how you respond when a question catches you off guard. Over time those answers pile up on your profile into a portrait that nobody ever sees all at once. The “My Persona” feature in Sarhny turns that portrait into a single article written by AI, built from your own answers rather than a generic quiz. This guide explains how it works step by step, what the model reads and what it never sees, and how the article stays under your control from the first draft to the moment you delete it.
What is an AI personality article?
It is a short literary piece that describes your personality as it comes through in your public replies to anonymous messages. You are not asked to fill in a questionnaire about yourself or pick traits from a list. The only source is what you actually wrote when people asked you something without their names attached, and you chose to publish your reply. That is the big difference from the personality quizzes that circulate on Instagram and TikTok, which sort everyone into a fixed set of ready-made results. Here, the article is assembled from your words, your tone and the themes you keep coming back to.
The second difference: the article is not a verdict and not a psychological assessment. It is a reading of your style. It may get some things right and others wrong, which is exactly why it starts out private. You read it, you edit it, and nobody else sees it unless you decide to publish it.
One practical note for English speakers: the articles are currently written in Modern Standard Arabic, Sarhny's primary language. The feature reads your answers in whatever language you wrote them, but the finished piece comes out in Arabic.
How it works, from start to finish
- Answer your anonymous messages publicly. Every reply you post to a message you received becomes part of the material your article is written from. If you are not sure how to get messages flowing, start with how to get anonymous messages.
- Reach at least 15 public answers. The feature needs enough real replies so it is not building a portrait out of two or three sentences. Very short replies, such as a single word, do not count.
- Open “My Persona” in the app.On your profile in the Sarhny app, tap “My persona”. A progress bar shows how many qualifying answers you have and how many you still need.
- Tap “Write my article now”. The model reads your most recent published answers (up to 40 question-and-answer pairs) and writes an article of roughly 400 to 700 words.
- Read it while it is private.A new article is saved as “Private”, so only you can see it. You can edit any sentence before deciding anything.
- Publish it if you like it.When you tap “Publish”, the article appears on a public page of its own in Sarhny Personalities, with a visible note that it was written with AI assistance and reviewed by you.
What exactly does the AI read?
The model reads the question-and-answer pairs from your public replies only: the answers you published yourself, which are already visible on your profile. It does not read messages you never answered, replies you hid or deleted, or anything private. Just as important, the anonymous questions reach it as plain text with no information about who sent them. The article cannot know who asked you anything, so it cannot tell anyone either.
We give the model strict instructions on how to write. The main ones:
- Use only what it finds in your answers; never invent an event or a trait you did not hint at.
- If your answers are scattered or thin on detail, write carefully instead of filling gaps with guesses.
- Leave out sensitive identifying details such as a full name, phone number, address or a specific workplace, even if one of your answers mentions them.
- Rephrase your ideas in its own words instead of copying long passages of your replies.
- Write honestly and with depth, without exaggeration or empty flattery.
Instructions reduce mistakes; they do not remove them. A model can misread a joke or over-interpret a throwaway reply. That is why the final call is always yours: nothing goes public until you have read it and tapped publish yourself.
An illustrative example
The passage below was written by the Sarhny team to show the style. It is not taken from any member's article, and it is shown in English for readability. Imagine someone who answered questions like “What annoys you most?”, “If you could go back, what would you change?” and “Describe yourself in one word”:
The person behind these answers seems to laugh first and tell the truth second. Asked what annoys them, they complain not about other people but about putting things off. Asked about the past, they do not wish they could erase it, only that they had said one thing sooner. They distrust big labels and would rather describe themselves by a small habit: answering the message, even the harsh one...
Notice that the example names no one and no place, and it does not claim to know anything that was not said. That is the direction we ask the model to take. The more honest and varied your answers, the closer the article gets to you.
You stay in control
Private until you decide
Every new version starts private. If you do not like it, leave it, and nobody will ever see it.
Edit as you like
You can edit the text yourself: cut a sentence that does not sound like you, correct a misunderstanding, or add a touch of your own voice. Editing stays available after publishing too.
Publish or delete at any time
Publishing is optional, and so is deleting. Delete the article and it disappears from its public page and from the Personalities list. If you delete your whole Sarhny account, your article and its earlier versions are removed along with it.
A fresh version every 30 days
People change and answers accumulate, so you can generate a new version once every 30 days, built from your latest replies. The previous version is not lost: it moves to a private archive in the app, and you can permanently delete any archived version.
Why build it on public answers?
Because an anonymous question cuts through politeness. People ask what they would never ask face to face, and you choose whether and how to reply. That moment, between a blunt question and an answer you picked yourself, says more about your style than any self-report form. The research behind that idea is summarised in why people are more honest when anonymous.
Relying on what you already published also means the article reveals nothing new to the public. It gathers and rewrites what is already visible on your profile, and it stays in your hands. If you want a second, friend-written view of yourself, mirrors collect anonymous descriptions from the people who know you.
Tips for an article that sounds like you
- Vary your answers. Replies to different kinds of questions, funny, deep and awkward, give a richer picture than dozens of replies of one kind.
- Write a sentence, not a word. One-word replies do not count, and a reply with a reason or an example gives the model something to understand you by.
- Hide what you would rather not be read. Hidden or deleted replies are left out, so review your profile before requesting a new version.
- Edit without hesitation. Treat the article as a good draft, not the last word.
What the article does not do
- It does not reveal who sent you messages; it never has that information.
- It never publishes itself; that decision is yours alone.
- It is not a psychological diagnosis or medical advice and does not replace a professional.
- It does not score you or compare you with anyone else.

Frequently asked questions
How many answers do I need for my Sarhny personality article?
At least 15 public answers to anonymous messages you received; very short replies do not count. The My Persona page in the app shows how many you have and how many are left.
Is the article published automatically?
No. Every new article starts private and only you can see it. You can read and edit it, and it becomes public only if you tap Publish yourself.
Can the article reveal who sent me messages?
No. The model reads only the text of each question and your answer, with no information about the sender. We never reveal who sent a message and we do not sell your data.
What language is the article written in?
The articles are currently written in Modern Standard Arabic. Your answers can be in any language; the finished article comes out in Arabic.
Can I edit, delete or regenerate it?
Yes. You can edit before and after publishing, delete at any time, and generate a new version once every 30 days from your latest answers. Earlier versions move to a private archive you can clear.
