مفهومي عن الاستقرار الداخلي"طمأنينة"ولكل شخص مبادئه واساسيته واهدافه الواضحه والثابتة لكن ايضاً النفس معرضه للتحول والتغير،الاستقرار الداخلي من يضع اساسيته الشخص نفسه واذا احسن اختيار الاساسيات يحسن التصرف الصحيح في المواقف البسيطه والمواقف التي تخرجه عن السيطرة.
