Delete your account and data — Sarhny

This page explains how to delete your account in the «Sarhny» app (developer: Sarhny) and all data linked to it.

Option 1: in the app (disabled at once, permanently deleted after 30 days)

1. Open the Sarhny app and sign in.
2. Go to «Profile», then «Settings».
3. Tap «Delete account», enter your password to confirm (or type your username if you signed up with Google or Apple), then confirm deletion.

The account is disabled immediately and hidden from everyone, then permanently deleted with its data after 30 days. If you change your mind, sign in within those 30 days and you will be offered to restore your account as it was.

Option 2: by email request

From your registered email, write to privacy@sarhny.com with the subject «Account deletion» and your username. We complete requests within 30 days at most. You can also request deletion of part of your data (e.g. messages or posts) without deleting the account the same way.

What is deleted

Account data (name, email, username, photo), received and sent messages, answers, posts and comments, games and farm points and progress, notification tokens, and device identifiers linked to the account.

One exception: if someone you messaged has already published an answer to it, the question text stays as part of their answer with no link to your account. Match results also stay in other players' history, shown as «Deleted user».

What may be kept and why

Minimal security logs and abuse reports for up to 90 days to prevent fraud and protect users, plus any data we are legally required to keep for a set period; then they are permanently deleted. Backups are overwritten automatically within 30 days.
